The same four steps sit behind every BIZ-WATCH product — one setup, then continuous, automatic, real-time monitoring. Each product just applies the sensor differently (BEDWATCH, for example, hides it beneath the mattress).
Control Unit
A compact, matchbox-sized PCB control unit connects to the product's sensors and to your Wi-Fi network.
WiFi
Occupancy data is sent wirelessly and securely from the control unit to the Biz-Watch cloud over your existing Wi-Fi.
Secure Cloud Server
All readings land on an encrypted cloud server — timestamped and tamper-resistant, so the occupancy record can't be quietly altered.
Web App
Open the dashboard in any browser — phone, tablet, or desktop — for live occupancy, last night's reconciliation, and full analytics.

makes use of discreet pressure-sensor technology placed beneath the mattress, which connect to a secure web app. Accommodation owners can view real-time bed occupancy across multiple devices, from anywhere. The system highlights discrepancies between actual occupancy and registered bookings, while detailed time-stamped cloud statistics provide the accountability needed to reduce losses, protect revenue, and manage operations with greater confidence.
